Susan Moore Lowe
CEO/Owner
Susan has worked at DME for 47 years. Her parents founded DME while she was in high school. After graduating, she took college courses and worked part-time until there was enough business and a need for her to work full-time alongside her mom, Shirley. She feels privileged to have had the opportunities to watch the company grow and set up the accounting departments. Today she is DME’s CEO. After 35 years she still loves what she does and is grateful for the amazing team of employees that show up for work every day and make DME successful.

Chad Rattray
President
Chad began his journey with DME in 2008 after working for 9 years in the sales and customer service industries, gaining experience in various managerial roles. Providing our customers with a first-class experience is Chad’s top priority. Chad is part of the 3rd generation of the Moore family at DME. He has the passion and drive for this company, and strives daily to make DME a stronger company and uphold his grandfather’s legacy.

Andrew Acosta
General Manager
In May of 2004, at the age of 17, Andrew joined the DME family . He was originally hired as the Shear Operator in the Bellows Department at the DME plant. In June of 2010, after several years of dedication and hard work, Andrew was offered the position of Sales Associate. Andrew has become an intricate part of the Sales Team and has gained expertise in the manufacturing and sales of flexible piping solutions.

Craig Newpauer
Plant Manager
Craig has been a welder for over 40 years and is still passionate about it. He began his career with DME in June of 1985 welding Bellows and Braided Hose Assemblies. Craig, after several years of hard work and dedication Craig became Plant Manager.

Trina McClain
CFO
Trina joined DME as Human Resources in April 2012. She has over 20 years experience in office management, including human resources, payroll and bookkeeping. Trina has ISO, AS9100 and Nadcap certification experience, has spent the last 15 years working her way up and has gained a wealth of knowledge along the way.
