Banded Neck
Bands are used to reinforce the neck of the bellows side wall. Bands can be furnished internally or externally depending on the choice of fitting . Bands are utilized in the fabrication of an assembly to capture the bellows and fittings during the weld process. Neck also serves as a welding aid on thin sheet metal.
